About Anna Brown, MS, RD

Anna is an Integrative Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, wellness enthusiast, and dog mom living in the concrete jungle of New York City.

Born and raised in Colorado with an undergraduate degree from Stanford in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from NYU, she combines her love of nature with a passion for behavior change and evidence-based nutrition practice to identify diet and lifestyle challenges that hinder optimal health and wellbeing.

Anna works with clients to uncover unique solutions by integrating nature in each area to make health and wellbeing intuitive and aligned with their body’s innate knowledge.
