Possible parts of your plan.
Your dermatologist tailors the plan to your history. Not every option below will be appropriate for every patient. A DocBright visit is a medical evaluation, not a guaranteed prescription.
- Topical steroids matched to the body area and severity
- Antifungal creams or oral antifungals when appropriate
- Antihistamines for hives and itch control
- Trigger-avoidance guidance for recurrent contact rashes
Don't stress — if we can't help, we'll refund your visit.
Online dermatology isn't right for every concern. If we can't provide a first-line impression, or your condition isn't suitable for review via DocBright, we'll tell you and refund your visit fee.
- Rash with fever, joint pain, or facial swelling
- Rapidly spreading rash with warmth, pain, or streaking
- Blistering rashes or rashes involving the mouth, eyes, or genitals

Choose standard or priority review. The level of care is the same; the difference is how quickly your case is reviewed. At $59, a standard visit is often less than most insurance copays — without the wait or paperwork.

Medication costs are separate and may vary by pharmacy, insurance, and prescription. Patients can use insurance for many prescriptions filled at the pharmacy. Prescriptions may be written for up to 6 months when medically appropriate. A paid follow-up visit is required at least every 6 months for ongoing prescription treatment.
Questions about rashes & visual conditions.
Can a rash really be diagnosed online?
For many common rashes, yes — clear photos plus a thorough history give a dermatologist what they need. If we can't provide a first-line impression, or your condition isn't suitable for review via DocBright, we'll tell you and refund your visit fee.
What if my rash gets worse?
You have 30 days of follow-up messaging after your plan is delivered. If your rash changes, message your dermatologist with updated photos.
