What’s Included & When to Expect It
Get a dermatology diagnosis, treatment plan, & prescriptions, by this time tomorrow.
**Note that some conditions require in-person care and cannot be effectively treated remotely. For example, if your condition apears to be something that needs in-person evaluation or treatment (e.g. possible skin cancer or other serious condition), our providers will make a best possible diagnosis and refer you to an in-person provider for further evaluation and possible treatment. DocBright providers cannot prescribe or refill Isotretinoin (Accutane) unless you are already being treated by them as an in-person patient.

Dermatology FAQs
What is Telemedicine?
Telemedicine is the practice of medicine via remote means such as live video chat or messaging with text and photos.
Who can use Teledermatology?
Anyone can! It is useful for almost all dermatology conditions and complaints.
Can I get prescriptions from a Telemedicine visit?
Yes. Our providers will prescribe medically necessary prescriptions as needed.
What if I still have questions after my consult?
We pride ourselves on continued access to our providers, which means you can continue to contact your provider for up to 7 days after your submissions in case your condition changes, or you have questions or concerns.
Who will be my provider?
Our providers are all top-rated in their field and have gone through our strict vetting process to ensure our patients get the best care possible. You’ll be matched with the next available provider that is located closest to where you are physically located.
What is Teledermatology?
Teledermatology is Telemedicine practiced in the Dematology specialty.
What if I don’t have insurance?
That’s okay.SimpleSubmit™ has a low flat-fee for getting top-quality care.
What is “Store-and-Forward”
This term is used to describe Telemedicine methods where live video is not used. The patient submits information and the provider responds at a later time. Our SimpleSubmit™ is a Store-and-Forward Telemedicine technology.
What is Teledermatology not effective for?
If you need a full body exam, or full body scan, Telemedicine is not a viable option to replace an in office visit. If you have one or a few marks that need to be looked at, Teledermatology may still be a good option.
I don’t have a web camera, can I still do a Teledermatology visit?
Absolutely! Our SimpleSubmit™ technology doesn’t require any live interaction. All you need is a camera to snap photos of your condition.
